90 Minute Medical Massage & Cupping
I utilize a variety of therapeutic massage and cupping techniques to tackle your aches, pains, and tight muscles. The use of negative pressure cupping reduces soft tissue restrictions, loosens and lifts connective tissue, and increases blood and lymph flow.
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping increases blood flow and decreases lymph and fluid retention in your face, neck and décolleté. This in turn increases collagen and elastin production, decreasing the look of fine lines and wrinkles and reduces the "puffiness" in your face. It reduces the symptoms of TMJ, tension headaches, and sinus pressure. Added bonus: it is deeply relaxing. Approx. 45-60 minutes.
Cellulite Cupping
This technique utilizes stationary and moving cupping techniques to increase local blood flow, nutrient supply and aid in toxin removal. It also breaks up restrictions around adipose tissue and eliminates excess lymph buildup to minimize "fullness" and appearance of cellulite. A session takes 45-60 minutes. Multiple sessions are suggested for best results.
Abdominal Cupping
Abdominal cupping utilizes negative pressure to facilitate peristaltic movement and secretion of digestive fluids which strengthens digestion and nutrient absorption. It has excellent effects on gastrointestinal disorders and clearing the body's sewer system. A session takes 45-60 minutes
About Me
I have a number of years of education and experience in Athletic Training both on the field and in the clinic. I've paired this with education and licensing as a medical massage therapist from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and received additional education and certification as a cupping therapist from the International Cupping Therapy Association. This is a long winded way to say I have a multitude of techniques to help ease your muscle tension, discomfort, or lingering pain from injury or overuse.
